Pulaski County, Indiana
The Community Foundation of Pulaski County launched a Forward Thinking Leadership Initiative in 2020 in response to community input and with support from Lilly Endowment.
The initiative has provided opportunities for the community to grow its leadership strengths and to focus on investing in community action for the future good of Pulaski County. In late 2021, the Aspirations in Action Steering Committee was formed and identified Broadband, Housing, Downtown Development, and Recreation/Tourism as key areas the Foundation should focus on for community impact. The Foundation engaged the Housing Resource Hub and is working in conjunction with the Community Development Commission to create and implement a Housing Strategy to address housing needs.
